Privacy

Short version: this site doesn't set cookies or run analytics, and we don't collect anything about you. When you buy something, your details sit with the shop that took the payment rather than with us.
What this website does
thirdplaceco.us is a set of static pages. It doesn't use JavaScript, tracking pixels, advertising tags, embedded video, comments or logins. Nothing is stored on your device beyond your browser's ordinary cache of the pages, images and fonts you loaded. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third-party font service.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard server request logs (including IP address) to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use those logs to build any profile of you. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
If we ever add analytics
We currently run none. If that changes, it will be Plausible — which is cookieless, collects no personal data and does not track you across sites — and this page will say so before it goes live.
When you buy the kit
Checkout is not handled here. We sell the Run Club Starter Kit through Gumroad, which acts as merchant of record: Gumroad takes the payment, holds your email address and any billing details, delivers the files, and sends your receipt. Their handling of that data is governed by Gumroad's privacy policy and terms. If you bought through another marketplace such as Etsy, that marketplace is the merchant of record for your purchase and its policies apply instead.
We can see order information in our seller dashboard — typically your email address, what you bought and when. We use it only to deliver the product, answer your questions and handle refunds. We don't sell or rent it, and we won't add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
The free sample
The Week 1 sample downloads directly from this site as a file. Downloading it does not identify you to us and does not sign you up for anything.
If you email hello@thirdplaceco.us, we keep the message so we can reply and keep a record of support and refund requests. Mail sent to that address is routed by Cloudflare Email Routing to our own inbox.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data held about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Because the shop holds the bulk of it, requests about payment or account data are usually fastest directed at Gumroad. For anything we hold, email hello@thirdplaceco.us and we'll action it.
Children
This is a product for adults organizing community events. It isn't directed at children and we don't knowingly collect data from them.
